Perishable Nature: Given the perishable nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we're dedicated to your satisfaction and will work with you to find a solution if something isn't as expected. We require photographic evidence of the product and its condition to determine the issue.

24-Hour Window: If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo of the product so we can assess and address the problem as soon as possible. We are not obligated to offer a refund.

Photo Requirement: To help us verify and understand any quality concerns, photographs of the delivered flowers are essential. Claims without accompanying photos cannot be resolved.
Refunds and Store Credit

Quality Issues: In cases where the quality of our flowers does not meet our standards, we first seek to determine the cause, once our team has determined the cause and should it be due to a poor quality issue we will offer an appropriate solution. Our first step is to always identify the damaged blooms and offer a replacement on those stems.

Store Credit and Refund Process: Should we find that any part of the bouquet did not meet our satisfaction guarantee due to our oversight, store credit may be issued to cover those specific stems.

Photo Requirement: Photos of the delivered product are required so we can assess the issue and process a store credit or replacement.

Exceptions: We cannot offer store credit or replacements based on personal taste or preference.
Cancellation Policy

Before Noon: For a full refund, please cancel by 12:00 pm (WST) the day before your scheduled delivery.

After Noon: Orders dispatched after 12:00pm (WST) cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Exceptions: Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
